Ndola is a town in the north of Zambia, very close to the border with Congo, a different place from Nairobi, less hectic, no traffic and life runs more slowly. The degradation and difficulties of life in the slums however is the same. In 2017 with slums Dunk we landed with the aim of bringing hope for a better future, and we did it through sport. In the slums of Nqwazi and in the rural area of Minsundu we regenerated 2 basketball courts, creating 2 basketball academies in collaboration with our local partner where today, followed by coaches trained over the years, almost 500 boys and girls play every week.
