Ndola is a town in the north of Zambia, very close to the border with Congo, a different place from the capital Nairobi:
less hectic, no traffic and life runs more slowly. However, degradation and difficulties of life in the slums is the same.
In 2017 Slums Dunk landed with the aim of bringing hope for a better future through sport.
In the slums of Nqwazi and in the rural area of Minsundu, we regenerated 2 basketball courts, creating 2 basketball academies in collaboration with our local partner.
Today more than 500 boys and girls play every week.
